    This is Leo in Docking Road.

    The beautiful flint and brick detailing in the gable wall is still preserved, although it is now enclosed by the modern extension that was built in 2015.

    This was 2 dwellings, My Parents moved in after they married in 1952, My sister was born in 1953 And I was born in 1954. We moved from there to Blacksmiths cottage about 1958.

    This was the chapel that my Father Wilfred Austin converted in 1954 to a family home which we lived in until 1974

    Paddy Austin who will be 95yrs old on 21st of October and the child is my older daughter Emma

    A very rare image, that shows the GER style signal box and staff at Sedgeford Railway Station, The Station still exists, and can be found on Google Maps, but the signal box was gone after 1946, replaced by groundframes. The box is of a type also found at Hilgay.. and most likely looked like this - https://signalbox.org/gallery/e/hilgay.php…. This image of Sedgeford complete with staff, is the only one ive found, despite visiting the Stanhoe site before - since one would not expect to find an image of Sedgeford station there. anyone know who the folks are ?
